Use the below form to request use of the CSSECC facility. Please keep in mind the following: (1) All programs taking place at the CSSECC must be, in some way, consistent with the mission of CSSECC and are, accordingly, subject to the approval of the CSSECC Board of Trustees; (2) The individual responsible for the program is responsible for returning all spaces within the facility used to their previous state (event rooms, restroom, kitchen, etc.); (3) Given the historic nature of the facility, event organizers must be accompanied by a member of the CSSECC Board of Trustees or a member of the staff at the Freehold Borough municipal office.
