Introducing our new Trustee, Ms. Tradawn Parks, LPN!

Stepping Into Her Calling…

Ms. Tradawn Parks, LPN, was born and raised in Freehold, NJ.  The Court Street School serves as a place held within high regard for Ms. Parks as members of her family attended Court Street School throughout their childhood. As an expression of her support for Court Street School, Tradawn has participated in just about all community programs which were sponsored by Court Street School, often participating in programs such as the African American History program and Juneteenth program as a speaker.  Tradawn also assisted in the planning of the annual Haunted Schoolhouse program. Aside from her active participation in Court Street School programming, Tradawn, and her now adult children, have all participated in exterior and interior upkeep of Court Street School.

Tradawn has worked professionally as a nurse since 2014. It has been remarked that Tradawn is not only a nurse when providing care to her patients, but she is Freehold’s community nurse always educating those around her about how to live a healthy lifestyle.

As a child and through her adulthood, Tradawn has maintained membership at Bethel A.M.E. Church in Freehold, NJ. She completed initial nursing studies at Jersey College School of Nursing with completion of a Bachelor of Science in Nursing in 2023.

In all she does, Nurse Parks continually steps into her calling!
